Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change the language?
Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings, then choose a language. Luckura is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.

What does Luckura Pro include?
Luckura Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks unlimited names and wheel slices, up to 4 dice and 6 teams, multiple winners, removing winners from the list, saved lists, every ready-made wheel and coin flip stats.

Can I use a Pro feature without buying Pro?
Yes. When you reach a limit in the free version, you can watch a short ad to use that feature once.

I bought Pro on another device or reinstalled the app. How do I get it back?
Open Settings (gear icon) and tap "Restore purchases", or tap the gold PRO button and choose "Restore purchases" on that screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro.

Why does the app ask to track my activity?
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. If you allow tracking, ads can be more relevant to you; if you don't, you still see ads, just not personalized ones. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Does the app need an internet connection?
The tools work offline. An internet connection is only needed to load ads and to buy or restore Luckura Pro.

Is my data stored on a server?
No. Names, lists and settings are stored only on your device.

How do I turn off sounds or vibration?
Open Settings (gear icon) and switch off Sound effects or Haptics.

How do I reset a page?
Tap "Reset" at the top right of any tool. You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

The raffle jar shows only some of the names. Are the others included?
Yes. The jar shows up to 14 balls so the animation stays clear, but the draw always uses your full list.
